- The subsequent module, “Customer Service in the Travel Industry,” concentrates on cultivating specialized customer service skills tailored specifically to the travel and tourism sector. Students develop proficiency in effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
- “Destination Knowledge” involves an immersive study of popular tourist destinations. The focus here is on highlighting destination highlights and crafting personalized travel experiences aligned with customer preferences.
