This certificate course is designed to equip students with both practical and theoretical skills in hairdressing and beauty therapy. We welcome students aged 14 and above, with no discrimination based on tribe or religion. Our program is led by a well-trained instructor who ensures that learners gain comprehensive knowledge through both formal and non-formal exams.

The curriculum is structured with a strong emphasis on practical experience, with 70% of the course dedicated to hands-on training and 30% to theory. Students actively participate in daily activities such as ironing, shampooing, setting, makeup application, pedicures, manicures, blowouts, braiding, treatments, and weaving. This practical exposure helps them master the techniques and understand how they are applied in real-world settings.

Our goal is to provide students with employable and marketable skills that prepare them for the competitive job market. In addition to the one-year program, we offer short courses lasting three months or more for those seeking specific skills or a quicker pathway to employment. The cost of a hairdressing course in Uganda can vary depending on the institution, the level of training, and the duration of the course. For a one-year certificate course, prices typically range from UGX 700,000 for a short course and to UGX 400,000 pr term for a 2 and 2 years courses. Each year has got 3 terms. This fee generally covers tuition, basic training materials, and sometimes includes additional costs for exams and certifications.
